PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY

To be able to tender electronically you need to have previously downloaded the tender submission application. This application will remain installed on your computer and can be accessed through a shortcut icon, without having to be inside the eTendering Platform.

The icon for accessing this application will usually be on your desktop and is called "Electronic submission of tenders". This application will allow you to prepare your tenders without having to be connected all the time to the internet and save your changes until you decide to submit your tender electronically.

Once the application is installed on your computer, you no longer need to download it again every time you want to submit a tender, you only have to download the application file corresponding to the Process to which you want to present, save it in a controlled place of your computer, and open it with this application.

The request file contains all the information of the process to which you want to submit your tender, and will allow the application to guide you through the steps necessary to create an electronic tender correctly.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO WAIT UNTIL THE LAST DAY TO PRESENT YOUR TENDERS. IN THIS WAY IT WILL AVOID TECHNICAL PROBLEMS WHICH CAN IMPOSIBILITATE THE SUBMISSION.
